A PANIC DECISION

In the Books of Indonesian Dictionary, known that panic is describe of condition sudden of confused, nervous, or scared  (and so can not think calmly). From the meaning of panic, can be known the factor of panic are :

1. Condition becomes a suddenly ;
2. There's something that makes confused or nervous or scared ;
3. Can not think calmly.

Based on these factors, its very easy to knows someone that always panic in an uncommonly situation. For someone that ever have an assessment test, will be knowing how panic she/he within an uncommonly situation. But sometimes, someone who knows that the simulation in assessment test for getting a promotion of level in a structure of organization, she/he will be do the best for the test. 

 

On the real situation, it's cannot be managed and will be can't be affected with a mock way. So, when someone in uncommonly of  situation and then the bad things shown by the attitude, for more than once or twice it describe to everybody that there's a panic by him/her. Physically, someone who have a panic attitude will be speak loudly or yelling or hitting to the others.

The panic not only shown by the deeds but also shown by a decision. The decision maker must have a good emotion and it can be shown by the good deeds so when makes a decision, there's a good reason to do this. There's relationship between the emotion and the deeds when making the decision. 

 

For example, there's a target for doing the jobs. The good proposed of makes the target achievement is if the target realization by the truth of data. Usually, there are  indicators to knows the truth data. Using the indicators is more useful for achievement the target than the other reason.

There's a new situation happened. When the target achievement was fulfilled because have been  gives the budgeting, it is a panic decision or not ?

Especially, if  the target achievement should be fulfilled by the truth data like growth a group to the perfectly. The answer of my question is depend on your heart and I hope you do the best.
Not because the panic situation because it's will be late to achieves the target on the fourth month in this year.
