SUPERVISION

I have a  special notes,  about a corrupt minded. These notes are comes from reading, watching and listening

THE THREE of RESPOND 

The supervision member need files of organization budget. So, some of sub unit do what the supervisor member asked for. But there are three categories for fulfill of the asking.

First, the unit gave all of the files so the member of supervision can look the files clearly. For this unit, will be easy to coaching, Because the supervisor can knowing everything the wrong and the right of the budget file.

Second, the unit that gave the file with the selection especially the wrong files. It can be right because they know which one is right and which one is not right. The files that not right just because of everything. May be they didn't know how to make the report..... may be they didn't know how to using the safe budget. For this unit, just like the first one but the member of supervisor don't know the other files that may be isn't right too.

The third, is the unit that don't give even only one file to member of supervisor. This unit may be have a power in a budget planning. They didn't give the file because of many reason just only knowing by them. 

What do you think about the three respond, above ? Which respond is represent for a corruption minded ?

THE THREE of REACTION

When the member of supervisor arrived, there are three reaction that shown by the unit leader. This reaction is not including invited for  lunch or dinner.

First, just give the files that asked by the member of supervisor. This reaction just based on the right thinking that supervisor is the other coaching so they only the the right information to make the right budget report.

Second, they give the files but give the special things too. They gives things not by their own money but from the organization's money.

Third, they didn't give the files but give the best services.

What do you think about the three reaction, above ? Which reaction is represent for corruption minded ?
